How YEZO FINTECH LTD collects, uses and protects personal data when you use this website or contact us.
Effective date: 3 August 2026
Related: Terms of use
1. Who we are
YEZO FINTECH LTD (company number 17370308) is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Our registered office is Flat 6 50 Britannia Street, London, England, WC1X 9JH.
You can contact us about privacy matters at info@yezofintech.com.
2. Scope of this policy
This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data when you visit www.yezofintech.com (including any subdomain that serves this marketing site) or submit an enquiry through our contact form.
It applies to website visitors and people who contact us about our software development, technology consultancy and non-financial management consultancy services. It does not describe processing that may occur later under a separate client contract, statement of work or data processing agreement.
3. Personal data we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the website and respond to enquiries.
- Identity and contact details you choose to provide (for example name, organisation, email address and the content of your message).
- Technical data generated automatically by your browser or network when you visit the site (for example IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL and timestamps). This may appear in standard hosting or server logs.
- We do not ask for payment card details, special-category data, or account credentials through this website.
4. How we use personal data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form or by email.
- To operate, secure and maintain the website (including diagnosing faults and preventing abuse).
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to us as a UK company, where relevant.
- To keep basic records of business correspondence.
5. Lawful bases
Under UK GDPR, we rely on one or more of the following lawful bases:
- Legitimate interests — to respond to people who contact us, to run a business website, and to keep the site secure. We balance these interests against your rights and expectations.
- Contract (or steps prior to entering a contract) — where your enquiry is about engaging our services and we need to follow up.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to meet a legal requirement.
6. Contact form and email delivery
When you use the contact form, the details you submit are sent to our servers and then delivered by email to info@yezofintech.com using Brevo (Sendinblue) transactional email services.
We use those details only to assess and reply to your enquiry. We do not use the contact form for marketing lists or automated newsletters.
Brevo processes message content and related delivery metadata as our email service provider. Brevo’s processing is governed by its own terms and privacy documentation, and by our instructions as customer.
9. International transfers
Some service providers (including email or hosting providers) may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we take steps designed to ensure an appropriate level of protection, such as relying on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses (or equivalent UK transfer tools), as applicable.
10. How long we keep data
Contact enquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for continuity, security and legal purposes (typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required or justified).
Server and security logs are retained for shorter operational periods unless needed to investigate an incident.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where practicable.
11. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you believe there has been a security issue affecting your data, please contact us promptly.
12. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights under UK data protection law to:
- Access your personal data.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Request erasure.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Data portability, where applicable.
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.
13. How to exercise your rights
To exercise any of these rights, email info@yezofintech.com with enough detail for us to identify you and the request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). See https://ico.org.uk/ for contact details. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
14. Children
This website is aimed at businesses and professional contacts. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it where appropriate.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you should review the revised policy.
